J.T.

Hi there! My name is J.T. Kobelt and I am a Golf Director and an avid golfer. Am I any good??? Well… I can talk a great game AND I own MyrtleBeachGolf.ca

MyrtleBeachGolf.ca is a dream I have been working toward since moving here in 1992. The dream is to have a career in golf and help Canadian golfers get the very best golf trip value for their money. That dream is now reality.

I was fortunate enough to get into the golf business here- working 8 years with Coastal Golfaway- one of Myrtle Beach’s best independent golf packagers. As a Golf Director, I have been able to play all the courses and have worked with a great bunch of Group Leader on their trips. What a great job…

Bottom line for you is that I have had a chance to learn exactly what makes a Myrtle Beach golf vacation great.

WARNING: I moved here from Toronto. I was born in Montreal. Starting in 1986, I would come here every Spring from Canada with a bunch of fellows for golf, beer, a little nightlife ( maybe more than a little), etc. As part of that nightlife, I met Meghan on my golf trip of April, 1992. I found her fascinating and began to come down every other weekend or so. Four months of that and I was resigning from Texaco, getting married and moving to the South. So, be careful-be very very careful. Seriously, I’ve hooked Meghan on golf and she is a fanatic and can beat me fairly often. She looks after a lot of our Ontario customers, helps me out with the office side of this business and she is a great asset to MyrtleBeachGolf.ca.

MEGHAN

Hey y’all. I’m Meghan. I am hooked on golf all right and I love to beat J.T. every chance I get. If you end up working with us at MyrtleBeachGolf.ca, I’ll be the one double checking everything J.T. does and assembling and mailing your package to you.

From the very beginning, I’ve told J.T. that we should be targeting the great many women golfers who would love to give Myrtle Beach a try and that is my main target market. Believe me – a ladies group would have a great time on a MyrtleBeachGolf.ca trip and I would love to work with any of you.

I also like meeting the many Canadian golfers that we get to help out. All the Canadians ( French or English) have been a lot of fun so far and we have made some great friends. That’s the bonus in this job. Hope to talk to you soon
